EMF3 Oil Mist Element

EMF 3 Oil Mist Filter Element - A22304197

The A22304197 EMF3 Oil Mist Filter Element is designed to efficiently capture oil mist from the exhaust of oil‑sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps, helping maintain a clean operating environment while protecting pump performance and longevity. Engineered for use in Edwards EMF3 oil mist exhaust filter assemblies, this element delivers reliable filtration and consistent airflow under demanding operating conditions.

Constructed from epoxy‑impregnated borosilicate glass fiber media, the A22304197 effectively separates and traps fine oil aerosols before they are discharged to atmosphere. Captured oil droplets drain back into the filter housing reservoir, reducing oil loss, minimizing environmental contamination, and supporting compliance with workplace cleanliness standards.

EMF3 filters are designed for use with Speedivac 2, E2M0.7, E2M1, E2M1.5, E2M2, E2M2.5 rotary vane pumps.

EMF3 Rate Flow: 3 m3h-1

EMF3 Flange size (inlet and outlet): NW10
